Daniel Caesar's Grammy Diary for SSENSE

We recently had the pleasure to work alongside Keavan Yazdani and Sean Brown to help create a Grammy diary for none other than Daniel Caesar to be premiered on SSENSE. The piece included styling and film photography from both Sean and Keavan, a letter written by Caesar describing his feelings as he launches the European leg of his first world tour, and an intro written by our own Zach Macklovitch. Nightowl Sound takes over Apt. 200 Toronto

Apt 200 Toronto played host to OVO's Nightowl Sound on Wednesday January 17th. The duo, consisting of sound engineers OVOMARK and OVONOEL, previewed a number of unreleased Drake tracks most notably a premiere of the #1 hit God's Plan. Special thanks to Drake, Bakanotnice, and RepsUp for rolling through.

Saintwoods for Majid Jordan "The Space Between" World Tour

We teamed up with Majid Jordan to create a custom Saintwoods piece in celebration of their 2018 "The Space Between" World Tour. The long-sleeve was sold exclusively at the first date of the tour and online at the OVO web-store. The piece sold out within 20 minutes at the venue and shortly there after online. Stay tuned for more collaborations coming soon.

New Years Eve w/ 88Glam @ École Privée

We brought in NYE 2018 with none other than XO's 88Glam. We've been friends of and working with both Camino and Derek Wise since before they teamed up and to have the new duo together on New Years was a perfect fit for École Privée.

EMILY OBERG'S NEPTUNES PARTY AT APT. 200 TORONTO

To celebrate the Saintwoods AF-1 and capsule collection, Saintwoods hosted Emily Oberg at Apt. 200 Toronto for her famed "Neptunes" party, highlighting the best of the famed production duo's beats. The night went off without a hitch and we look forward to having her back soon.

SAINTWOODS X NIKE AF1

We celebrated the 35th anniversary of Nike's Air Force 1 with a Saintwoods edit of the classic white on white colour-way as well as a 5 piece capsule collection. The collection was announced with a video we developed with KID. Studio and was  released through a weekend long pop-up on Toronto's Queen W.

HENNESSY ARTISTRY WITH ROY WOODS, JAEGAN, & HANNAH SIDER

Hennessy tasked us to create a relevant artist based tour highlighting cutting edge music as well as the cognac's history of supporting up and coming artists. We put together a nation wide tour under the Hennessy Artistry banner incorporating the ever-charismatic Roy Woods as headliner and support from up and coming producer Jaegan. To document the tour we tapped New York based photographer Hannah Sider who brought her film camera along for the ride and captured some of the tours most intimate moments.

SW.005 + MONTREAL & TORONTO POP-UP SHOPS

SW.005 is a six piece collection highlighting new illustrations by art director Thomas Pilgrim all while continuing with the classic Saintwoods aesthetic. As part of our SW.005 drop, we created a pop-up shop in Montreal while partnering with international fashion retailer CNTRBND for our Toronto activation. The Toronto event featured a physical installation as well as a collaboration tee with Canadian boutique that was released exclusively at their Toronto location and through their web-store. SW.005 will be available online on Monday, October 16th in our shop.

'AT HOME WITH A-TRAK' FOR SSENSE

Our second production for SSENSE was a retrospective interview with A-trak, child prodigy turned industry mainstay, discussing his 20+ year career. We produced a piece on Odd Future affiliate and Hollywood trendsetter Young Taco. DIME BLOCK PARTY PRESENTED BY DC SHOES

We worked with our friends over at Dime to set up a block party after their famed Dime Glory Challenge. We worked to help conceptualize, produce, and manage the event that included inflatable games, great music, tasty food, and good drinks.

BLVD FESTIVAL BRANDING

Saintwoods was selected to design the branding for the BLVD Festival on Montreal's St. Laurent boulevard. We worked on logo design, overall digital and tangible branding assets, newsletters, flyers, and apparel.

We brought Brodinski to École Privée for a special edition of Please Don't Sit and as always the French trap producer didn't disappoint.

CARIBANA WEEKEND IN TORONTO

We coordinated some special events at Apt. 200 Toronto for Caribana Weekend including a very special Friday with OVO's Roy Woods and Saturday with Houston's OG Ron C and the legendary DJ Candlestick.
